James: That thought crossed my mind too as I sat and thought about their displeasure with the results of their use. I cannot say exactly how its use has been dictated and obviously if these people have early arthritis or just synovitis maybe they will not perceive much if any improvement. I originally wondered what the effect of injecting dose one into a joint that had just been flushed for 30 minutes with irrigation solution and then diluted with administration or interfered with via bleeding coming from the debridement of cartilage. Sorry to ramble but your point is understood and well taken. A common analogy would be giving a person an antibiotic for a cold but its not bacterial it's viral and there is no improvement. Nothing wrong with the antibiotic, just misused or misdiagnosed! Aaron
