There are too many old people in Congress who are clueless about how to message in the 21st century. Old people who can still function, not a problem. Anyone who thinks Feinstein can still function is kidding themselves. Pelosi has to go also. Same with the very old chairpersons. It's not like they did the right thing when $27 trillion of debt came since Reagan cut taxes.
