ON a % basis, sure ULBI is better. BUT, Days O/S and % of total shares O/S result in ULBI getting killed! VLNC is only 1 day and ULBI is 24. Also, ULBI has 7 times the # short than VLNC but less shares O/S. All in all, people are still much more pessimistic on ULBI than VLNC.
