Neil,

I think we're really close on NAV -- I get $32.98 at close today (not including DocuCorp; with DocuCorp at only $5 post-offering I get $33.36). I agree that SFE is worth upwards of $40.

I have to disagree about the LEAPS, though, because with LEAPS, you wouldn't get rights for new companies! I don't know about you, but that's why I'm here.
