Stack Capital Group to trade on TSX June 16

The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Stack Capital Group Inc. will be listed at 5:01 p.m. on June 15, 2021, for trading at the open on June 16, 2021. According to the TSX, there will be 8,918,334 common shares and 4,459,167 share purchase warrants of the company issued and outstanding, with 7,226,375 shares and 625,125 warrants reserved for issuance. The shares will trade under the symbol STCK, in Canadian dollars and under Cusip No. 85236X 10 4, and the warrants will trade under the symbol STCK.WT, in Canadian dollars and under Cusip No. 85236X 11 2.
