My natural immune system ha served me well for many years. I don't get sick because I take care of my body through proper nutrition and herbal & vitamin and mineral supplements.
Steve Jobs thought like you did. He thought his "natural immune system" could cure his cancer, along with eating "horseshit and horseshit roots" (h/t Andy Grove).

He ended up six feet under because of his arrogance.
