JB, one of the most profitable businesses I've ever seen was one that had 3 people in the office, total employment of 3! And they were worth far in excess of 15 Mil too. Just happened they owned bunches of mineral rights....and got royalties from others that did the mining operations. As I see it, this is very similar in nature. Jim J
