Pugs,

I think we already know quite a bit about why GRNO was halted by the SEC. We know what their former attorney did and didn't do that created problems for the company.

"This isn't hyped up GRNO! This is RMIL!!"

Oh god!! Are you actually starting to believe that you aren't hyping RMIL?? You are losing touch Pugs... I'm being quite serious in this statement.

You truly don't understand what has actually happened do you??

But with regard to my company, I think I do. I do my diligence. That doesn't mean that management doesn't make mistakes or suffers from poor legal service that winds up having them keel-hauled and bled nearly to death financially by the SEC.

You have only voice communications and promises that the company has verified figures from the TA. This company has done NOTHING to irrefutably account for all of its shares. How they can't know how many shares they have outstanding is beyond me, but I guess it may be possible.

But the clear opportunity to gain this accounting was when they changed company names and could have demanded that all previously held stock must now be converted to RMIL stock. I think that step alone would allow them to get a handle on the stock sitting around out there.

Dude.... use some common sense. You're so punch-drunk that you don't know when YOU should start asking hard questions.

The big difference between RMIL and GRNO?? GRNO is currently trading and has several mmkrs who have submitted 15c2-11. I'll be calling OTC compliance this week. I will ask if RMIL has any mmkrs stepping forward.

I hope that I'm pleasantly surprised and find an application for RMIL.

Nitey nite... Sweet Cheeks... :0)

Regards,

Ron
