Fugazi, LGND has been public since 1992 (as LGNDA) and they have had coverage since then. I can't recall any downgrades in over 5 years. I expect new coverage (BUYS or STRONG BUYS) to begin shortly. Biotechs should start to get some respect from the merger mania and LGND's price is extremely attractive, which has historically been the time to start coverage (LGND was about 6 when Bear Stearns began in 1995).
