Again I come back to Canada..

Ontario was half assed and protocols were not enforced and hence flaunted... .. it is just like driving .. if simply 15% (anecdotal number but I bet easily supported statistically) are $hit.. everyone's insurance rates skyrocket... In Quebec... same was originally occurring but the curfew (now a memory) enforced the protocols at hours when folks needed not be out... ie.. ex shopping and most work times... It made a profound difference on curbing the flaunters that fcuk it up for everyone... The QC turnaround was quite dramatic while the Ontario approach was utter fiasco... and actually a good superficial argument against lockdown... because it was a lockdown in name only ... no teeth ... ie.. NOT a lockdown... just pain for business... hence was not followed until all $hit broke loose... too late
