I don't think the utility sector will be disrupted in the not too distant future but I do see it being disrupted longer term. I also envision more mergers in the industry sector and wouldn't be surprised to see just a handful of utilities in the future at some point, perhaps not my lifetime but eventually.

As to being concerned? No, I will adjust accordingly.

My game plan calls for holding individual utilities for capital appreciation and income and hold utility CEF's for diversity and even higher income levels.
