As I recall you were the one who demanded (although you are not a shareholder) that Riley post his certificate, after you asserted that he didn't own any RMIL. He accomadates your request and uses a scanner to scan his certificate and post it on the internet. Only a matter of time before somebody said it was bogus. In case you didn't already know: When a document is scanned, it is scanned at a certain resolution (ie 600x600dpi). If you zoom-in (via software programs) any further than that resolution the results are ambigious, as the software has to estimate the colors for 2 or more pixels when it only has color data for 1. There are plenty of Computer Graphics books which discuss algorithms for anti-aliasing techniques in more detail and how to calculate the colors. Anyways the end result is: jagged-edges/blurred images (after zooming in too far) which this website did. Any conclusion is way premature. I'd like to see a rescan of the certificate done on a scanner that the Graphic pro's use at very high resolution. Kind of scanner that costs $5-20k (maybe they are $1k-10k now with improvements in orders of magnitude). The results are inconclusive.
