Actually, the ONLY reason he signed that event into law is because he's an openly known racist and he celebrates that event... Byrd, the KKK leader was his mentor, bai dun didn't want black kids to mix with white kids at school because "it would become a jungle" so he said!!! He doesn't think it was horrible as most everyone does, that swamp maggot wants to memorialize that even in hopes that we have more of them... GZ
