Ripping down the old drunk does not change history.
What would Canada be ,, if it conquered and obliterated First Nations rather than make many treaties with
them. Would there be the MISTAKE of residential schools ,,if that had happened?
If that had happened,, there would be no recognition,,no term,, First Nations ,other than footnotes.
Remember and accept our troubled history ,, walk by his statue,, revile with spit,, or praise
but the old drunk ,, is our history,, accept it.
