Still think the 3rd generation NG fuel cell is the missing piece for the transition to EV's. I am betting on a company called Advent Technologies Hldg Inc (ADN). They will be scaling their production by 2024 and I expect them to have one of their NG fuel Cells in Trucks/Autos to recharge batteries. May/Could even hook the system up to your home natural gas lines during the PM (and power your home).

So I expect oil/NG will be needed and the pipelines to deliver the NG to homes & businesses. Also, LNG is another way to transport the NG.
