This one is big. Wingspan estimated at one meter or more.

A buzzard fits the profile. See here. Statistically the most likely too. The outer wing feathers and delta fan type tail are there.

Now if it's a female, Frances would be the name, but I prefer the more rare Francine. That sounds like a good name for a female buzzard.
