Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders on June 2, 2021, the company has changed its name as follows. There is no consolidation of capital.
Effective at the opening, Tuesday, June 22, 2021, the common shares and warrants of Three Valley Copper Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, and the common shares and warrants of SRHI Inc. will be delisted. The company is classified as a copper, nickel, lead and zinc mining company.
