John, found this on the Yahoo message board. messages.yahoo.com@m2.yahoo.com It is no proof for an aquisition, but together with you telephone call it makes sense. Maybe this is their joker to make sure that the stock price will move over 1$. If it is true we will see an announcement today or tomorrow (before Feb. 5). Ralph
