In general, no one is out to get black people. You have been arguing a lack of personal animus by White people towards Black people in your part of the world. Again, a failure to differentiate, this time between personal animus and structural disadvantage. Even were there no personal animus, historical and current structural disadvantage remain. A baby born Black in this country has always had a tougher row to hoe than a comparable baby born White. Yet you explicitly deny that disadvantage. I can't find a charitable way to interpret that.
