That's not the point. The point is unfair application of extant tax law. I don't worry one way or the other about who is or isn't a 501(c)(3). I care only that what's good for the goose is good for the gander. Inequitable treatment by IRS is just one more seed of fascism that began to grow out of control under Obama.
