I meant the $RUT and the $INDU are leading the way, not the $SOX... The chart pattern for the IWM looks positive, so I'm not worried, I think we'll see new all time highs sooner than later, I think the pull back is over... For the $RUT chart itself, today we have back to back bars of relatively equivalent length, this is definitely bullish... Also, for the $RUT index itself, the Average True Range (ATR) has peaked at the same time the market hit a new low and then gave back to back bars, this is also bullish... GZ
