Acquisitions & Stock Price Ralph, I've found that an acquisition may affect the stock's price of an acquirer both positively or negatively depending on the specifics involved. Hopefully any such announcement will contain enough information so that investors will react positively and bid the price up. Buzz words/phrases to look for include but are not limited to; accretive to earnings, cash transaction, and increased revenue, etc. Keeping my fingers crossed! Regards, Tom
