Here's the XLY and why I believe it's a good buy... It had a nice cup and saucer, it broke out upward in March... It came back to test the breakout line with a double tap in May, and then again broke out again with another cup and saucer just about a week ago with yet another retest of that higher breakout line... If this isn't a buy then I don't know what is... GZ
