I don't like using the term in a discussion with you (because I now you're not) but it is both stupid and ignorant conceptually. I would say "crazy" under-describes the notion. And the only black people who would support are street people who would say or do anything to put money in their pockets. It seems ridiculous to me that you would promote enslaving people as repayment to descendants of slaves for things their forebears did or in some cases did. I'm done on this one. It is just far too much leftist crazy talk to waste anymore time on.
