Larry,

Here are a few details:

1) Over 23 million shares outstanding

2) C$20 million in cash from Anglo American for nickle property in Venezuela. Still has 30% interest remaining in this huge nickle project

3)7 properties in western extension of Brazil Central Precambrian Shield and Bolivia. In March 1995 Barrick Gold made agreement to earn 60% in props by funding US$2 million on exploration over 2 years.
Obviously these properties are grass roots.
