These spikes actually drive me nuts... cuz I have more difficulty figuring when to sell than when to buy. It's much easier to gauge a slower organic growth of a company over time and determine valuations quarter over quarter and year over year.

Jessie Livermore said something to this effect: NO PRICE IS TOO HIGH

I've had many go from pennies to dollars... some I held; some I let go to soon; some I held too long.
