The new economy is based on combination of Disk operating system and the Browser; which is the network operating system?

To cut out all the waste, and achieve the maximum efficiency; the new economy will have to direct the software industry to combine the disk and network operating system in a fundamental operating system, with a minimum of codes to speed up the communications.

Html can be the major communications media with Java doing windows as well. Java can be building on the run, for many simple tasks it is extremely fast. T3 and fibre channels also needed some push for new systems.

Present windows NT and Windows 97 are too cumbersome; what with all the plug and play automation build-in. All non-repeating automation should be kept offline, or at the end of the disk capacity. All error correction repeating automation should be used as filters online.

Without direction, the software industry created tremendous obsolescense problem. Layers and layers of software created confusion. Many analysis tools and derivative analysis software on database are not done correctly. Fundamental need to understand the law of human nature is needed to do derivative analysis. Generators can be combined to comprehensively improve derivative answers.

To do this, we need about ten years to redirect the software industry. Then, this new economy will reach its zenith.
