Symbol: WSRC Don’t have a lot of DD on this just found it yesterday as it started rising. No filings I could find Float ? Outstanding shares ? Bought on spec. News has water rights in Colorado and plan to use for Green housing development. Plans to offer bid on mining company with known mineral rights and expand mining production. Has mineral rights in Nevada. Barchart has strong buy based on moving averages. Negatives: little data no filings strictly impulse buy support level at $0.0995.
