Keeping MINORITIES POOR is an Essential Component of the Democratic Party's Modus Operandi.

1) The MINIMUM WAGE

2) Poor Schooling - State and Federal run

3) Welfare Payouts & Programs

The more Minorities that can be kept poor, the more they will become dependent on the "Government".
And when the Democrats are in Government and in the White House, the more they can then rely on the Minorities to Vote For Them because of that DEPENDENCY.
