George, Re:

Assuming such a frivolous lawsuit ever manifested based on the now "pay for service status of SI versus its previously free access", it would only profit the group that such suits always profits (All together now)..."The attorneys!" <g> It would hardly impede the success of an honest, going concern which I'm sure we all consider DCI to be.

Do you think I am saying that ANY shareholders will profit from such an action? No way. This is how attorneys make their money. All I am saying is that if the rules are violated, then such thing as lawsuit may happen (I am not crazy enough to initiate one). And then DCTC will pay those attorneys to defend them, and then the stock price will go down. Thus, as I said, the only people to win will be shorts and lawyers.

Acquisitions often impact the stock to the negative in the short run. I was glad to see the dip today. I consider it a mere dalliance and I added to my position.

I too think that the stock will eventually go higher, and, possibly, much higher.
As far as negative impact in the short run... Well, it is not natural in the recent case: the added company brings equivalent of .62 per share to DCTC's 0.13...

Well, as you say, ONWARD. Let us see what happens next. This is a fascinating story. Fun to watch. And very educational.

Musya.
