Lots of Insider Buying In HNV even though insiders now own over 80% of all shares. Basil Regan has been buying lots of shares the last 3 months. . See 13D and amendments. He has bought about 18 million shares. The next available time for 13D release would be around the 6th of Feb. HNV had a good breakout and then retested breakout point . . . a good sign IMO. Lets see if it can not break through $3.5. DC
