10-1 But i'm sure will be voted down if price rises above a dollar. Its a long shot but this stock has done it before. DLOV has never looked better than it does right now. Believe the stigma of the reverse split has a lot of investors from accumulating.I myself believe long term its the best thing for the stock. Possible institutional interest after 5.00 dollars a share.
