It is with great sorrow that I post this message! The sorrow is that the cr**ks ran off with your money! But you were willing lambs in the money scheme that was played! Your only problem was holding the bag when the pyramid scheme flamed out!! You would have been happy as my florida friend williet to have bailed out with a profit and let somebody else hold the bag!! If that is a true statement I would say that " You are rotten-to-the-core" !

Sometimes the truth hurts! I hurts me to see swindlers run away with your money! Hopefully you gained some knowledge, because you paid enough for it. SEXI's game sounds just like the story that appears in Buisness Week, Oct 14, 1996 issue page 114 entitled: Caveat Entrepreneur. It is a MUST read for all loosers in this con game.
It points out a six step program for success, (if you are right side of the scam).
Remember if you want to play this game remember you want to be the SCAMMOR and not the SCAMMEE!

The new fraud game goes like this:
1.Target small company with alluring line of business. Promise its managers financial assistance.
2.Merge target company with public but moribund or "shell" company, getting public listing with minimal disclosure.
3.Dress up target company. Pump in money, aquire other ventures. Meanwhile, take control by putting cohorts on board.
4.Authorize target to quietly issue millions of shares, which you and your pals snapup. Register them through SEC loopholes.
5.Hype company's shares. Release bullish information on target's glowing prospects. Get brokers to push customers to buy the stock.
6.Cash out. When the stock gets high enough, start unloading your positions. Employ offshore accounts to hide your profits.

There you have it, but did you learn anything. I tried to warn you, and maybe a large following of SEXI got out. The damage was already done when my friend willie in florida called me and wanted me to get in above $4. I yelled at him and got him out at a small profit instead of a $200,000 loss. I think that he owes me a dinner in Orlando, with First Class airfare, don't you agree?

My early postings may have helped arrest the greedy, money hungry speculators from continuing to rush in. Maybe Smutoe (as some of you admiringly like to call him) and gang will have less money to deposit in their offshore banks. Learn for this experience!

humble carl
