We try too hard to change nature... it will be our downfall. I had two Aussie Cattle Dogs, Blue Heelers... I would walk them late at night ( They were not doggie friendly) in the Rouge valley Toronto... No wolves but lots of coyotes.. the cattle doggies especially two plus me with a big stick... never a coyote issue although they would watch us at times.. of course they had lots of fawns in spring and wild turkey all year long ...
