I do not agree with you on liberalization issue. If any thing current problems puts it back at least by two years. Telekom with its lines already in place will be very tough to compete by the new entrants. Who do you think is going to finance the competition. Not foreign investors and local investors will have difficulty raising money. TLK due to its size as a govt controlled company will always dominate telecommunications in Indonesia. I agree TLK is not very well managed but that is to be expected of any govt run monopoly.
