Tomas,
In many cases companies will approve a reverse split to: 1)
reduce the number of shares of common stock; and 2) to increase
the stock price. From a investors standpoint the smaller the float
the great the volitity of the stock price. The management
at Harvard Scientific know very well what there doing. When
this stock becomes listed on a major exchange with less than
4 million shares in the float any significant buying will
move the stock price north...the same applies with selling
will move the price south. It all comes down to supply and
demand. Plus there is another factor in play here SEX.....
