I am less interested in the origin of the virus than I am of the potential for future weaponization of the coronavirus. With modern technology perhaps some lab will be able to target individuals with certain genes. Countries like the United States that have had lots of immigration would be less vulnerable than societies that have had little immigration, such as Japan. The possibilities are endless, and mostly bad. IMHO.
