Mike, I hope the story is true, but I'm not sure I believe it just yet. I think if it were true S3 stock would of been trading more like ALSC lately. I know Intel wanted those patents "at all cost" to firm up their mercer chip, so I would be shocked if they some how lost the bid. To me the "big fundamental change" was the installation of TH as CEO and his "take no prisoners", "take action" now style.
