I fear the schools might require vaccine come august but am thankful that so far no inkling as am sure the school staff, from top to bottom would resist such a requirement

This might be what you are waiting for. Director asked me if it was ok if the second largest division set up engineers tool and I said ok. Was asked if it was ok if smallest division setup materials tool and I said ok and sent message with recommendations and thought that "It needs to be decided how much detail to go into". I didn't here from them again (?). New owners happened and spit out new company, not like the old company. My tasks had moved to far away land until finally one day, a few days after quit smoking message, I realized I did no actual work that day. I'm not sure why I wasn't been laid off but showing up to do no work seemed very wrong and I resigned the following morning with a message saying the company is looking for a path.
