TJ truly I do not think so.

IMHO that is the principle of very big corporate chieftains who will not take any criticism, and more so if they lost in court to a small law firm who was right they are revengeful and out to destroy you.

You know the story of "The King New Clothes", by Hans Christian Andersen, about a vain emperor who gets exposed before his subjects?

When in NYC I did work with partners at big law firms employing 200+ staff and know the mentality. My luck was that the founder of such a law firm liked me and teach me a lot.

It is called " do not rock the boat" .

To this day I am in touch with his personal secretary as he passed away 10 years ago.

I did work for individuals who controlled several big companies with net worth in the billions to 10 billions+, they think they are always right and I know their way of thinking. Very few are really honest most know how to push the levers of the ruling party.

The minute they think they do not need you, you are useless and dropped, fighting back is in most cases useless if they are well-connected. Therefore lobbying companies thrive.

I do not know the case but those are the weaknesses within the US type of capitalism in general - who has the money he has the rights
