Generally speaking I support Trump. But, like any politician, he comes with creepy crawlies.

Some of them look to be big creepy crawlies.

I posted this a day or so ago. It's got a link to an interview by William Black, whom I definitely support. He is highly critical of Trump and goes into details why. Just guessing but maybe William Black is a Democrat too? but I don't think there is anything wrong by being whatever political party you in, it's just who the leaders are and if they can they do a good job ot not. Opinions differ -g-

Sure Trump screwed up bad on loads of stuff in his history. A few things he got right though, and I do think he has the support of most of the USA security forces.

Not sure who supports Biden, but he seems to have run a really successful campaign to get elected.

My brother in the Ukraine thinks British Navy can do no wrong, and they kicked Russian butt. I am going to stay out of the matter -g- I am sure the UK navy will do their stuff if really called upon to do so. They have a reputation that is ingrained into them. The policians that sent them there though, I am no so confident. Unfortunately the days of Nelson are over, he would of chucked all his instant communications overboard long ago, and made his own appreciation. These days, I expect the strength of an armed force will be the weakest link in the government cabinet, as commanders are micromanaged to do whatever.

Armed conflict of any kind brings huge risks of getting out of hand imho.

Sending a gunboat to keep the Russians under control? hmmmm. They also have a reputation ingrained into them. They know how to play "big war".

One of my favourite books. This one is a good read, the Chinese win, but so does the reputation of the Royal Navy, in spite of all the interference from above. An individual who knew how to do stuff, in spite of his obvious personal shortcomings.

It was the last gunboat we have sent to China, lesson learned the hard way, and a suitable outcome -g-
