I think Amazon created the value, and deserved to be rewarded with the warrants. The WSJ article is one sided. The stock popped 8 months ago on the news of the Amazon selling the products and clasifying it Prime. m.benzinga.com Similar on the freight companies or leasing companies, as Amazon was building it out to deliver more directly.
