Samll caps are not HOT and Secure is a small cap. We just have to be patient. Trading is light @ these prices. Also, Management was given some stock options for performance to date and maybe trading of those shares has put a lid on the current price? Meanwhile, when logging onto this site under Quotes, there used to be a section called upgrades and downgrades which was very helpful. I no longer see this since they have changes the format. Do you know what I am referring to? Do you know how to access the upgrades and downgrades selection? Regards...
