that is heck of a position hedges stated by his speech. very difficult to refute so either best to ignore, figure out the estimated time to resolution, or just watch & brief and see where all the strands go. the aggregated problems are altogether without obvious solutions barring hard reset and cold reboot.

unsure how much of it not realised by the leadership(s) of Team USA, and whether any of the two main factions have suggested a systemic fix that does not involve pillorying the other faction.

when viewed fro afar the balance in the USA seem very fine, and anything triggers a lot of things, making doing anything very difficult to advisably not-try.

frankly, the speech, if factually based, and mathematically weighty, troubling ;0/

in the meantime it seems that Team USA were in on the bear-taunting w/ Team UK per like-minded is in season, at least Vlad says so. Trouble being the Vlad does not lack humour whenever he chose to pull trigger. I understand how some folks might find bear-taunting fun, but am wondering if they understand if the bear take out the taunter, no one can do much of anything. Someone should drop Boris a friendly note.
