Alex, if you read past notes on this thread you will see that Thermo's stock is being diluted in an unbelievably big way. I myself bought into Thermo around 1.3 and got out last week at 15/16 for an unbelievably large loss percentagewise. The only saving grace was my position was relatively small, but I am very mad about what I feel is the misleading and investor unfriendly relations at Thermo. When I bought I was not aware of this unheard of dilution. It appears to be an act of desperation. I previously said that 50c is the price to buy this stock at, but I no longer believe that. I wouldn't consider this stock above 30c and even that might be too high. If Thermo doesn't show a profit for next quarter there's a real chance this stock could be 3c, literally a penny stock. Though I'm something of an expert (unfortunately) at these risky penny stocks I have never before heard of dilution like Thermo is doing in 1996. It shows utter comtempt for the shareholders who bought before 9/96. I know a lot of other people on this thread bought some stock around 1.20 like I did, and I think we've all been ripped off, because of nondisclosure of relevant information. Maybe there's something we can do about it, maybe not. My best guess for the trading range for 1997 is now 10c-60c with an outside possibility of 1c-1.30.

Mad in Boston,
Mark
