If I am a capitalist, I want to maximize profit. That's what capitalism is all about. No need to pay a premium to an American worker and give him a handout when the same job can be done at a cheaper price. Tech support at Dell was making 75k a year in the 90s. I see nothing wrong in Outsourcing tech support at half the price. That's appropriate while computer prices got halved too.
