Now that we know the issues fairly clearly, do you see a way out of the infinite loop, or is it the case of "stuck in history" as opposed to "end of history"?
I have no suggestions, because I lack imagination, except for one, dilution, encourage interracial stuff, and make the problem go away by enlarging the scale of the problem.
What say you?
