Remember, the spread on this one at this time is 27% (bid .19, ask .24, spread 5 cents or 27%). So "down" 27% is just that the stock closed on the bid (someone sold) vs. the ask the day before.

Don't watch QSTI so closely or you will go crazy. Look for a move upward in the spring IF they announce new contracts and other good news. I'm hoping that this drops down some more prior to spring news.

Then again, as has been said here before, no big news this year and there may not be enough cash to make it to 1999.
