I'm surprised anyone still believes in PTOI. The machines broke in late 2013 and CEO Richard Heddle couldn't raise the money to fix them even though he actually raised enough money to fix them. Mr. Heddle also lied by omission in his SEC filings in early 2014 while not disclosing the machines were kaput. He even raised cash during that time. Shareholders should have sued Mr. Heddle for fraud but now the statute of limitations is long past.

It's astounding that some investors haven't been dissuaded by fraud nor by eight years of nothingness.
