The deals keep flowing to keep up with investor demand for worthless investments. Brightmark acquired RES Polyflow which was in the plastic-to-something business. As long as investors don't ask for any type of proof-of-concept, companies will be happy to keep generating worthless business ideas in exchange for those investors' capital.
